TITLE: The Lion Maker AUTHOR:  The Lion Makers ( Panchatantra ) by  Vishnu Sharma . CHARACTERS: There are many characters in lion king. Simba, Cub Nala, Scar, and Sarafina. The importent character was Simba. PLOT: The Indian literature “The Lion Makers”was easy to understand the flow of the story because of its point of view. The first person who speak in the story is the narrator. By that, the reader will easily interpret the story. Based on what I have red, there are some symbol that are used in the story like the lion which means for me as the sign of the failure of three intelligent Brahmans. Scholarship that stands for selfishness. Sensibility, wisdom and friendship are the main theme of the story which reminds me about the quotation of John Ruskin “What we think or what we know or what we believe is in the end of a little consequence. TITLE: Eveline AUTHOR: "Eveline" is a short story by the Irish writer James Joyce. It was first published in 1904 by the journal Irish Homestead and later featured in his 1914 collection of short stories Dubliners. CHARACTERS: Frank meets Eveline  on a visit to Dublin. Eveline describes him as “kind, manly, open-hearted” and likes hearing his stories about his travels. Frank begins walking Eveline home after she is finished working at the Stores and eventually starts courting her. He likes music and singing.  Eveline ’s father was abusive to her siblings and  mother , but spared Eveline   when she was young since she was a girl.
